IT Ticketing Scheme

At Greaves West & Ayre we are constantly trying to refine our services so our clients know they are being dealt with effectively, efficiently and receive real value for money.

As part of this process our Computer Services division has recently implemented a new IT help desk system.  Now any of our IT and Sage clients requiring support should email the help desk on a designated email address.  Emails are automatically logged and clients receive a ticket number.  This allows us to track every single support request and will help ensure that our clients get the speediest possible resolution to their IT problems.
